Hot N Readys Walk Off with 4-3 Win

The Little Caesars Hot N Readys faced a tough opponent in Asheville pitcher Elend Venture, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Pizza Oven by a final score of 4-3. Venture went 6 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Asheville has now lost 4 consecutive games.
Steve Hilburn had the critical at-bat for Little Caesars. With two out in the bottom of the tenth inning, he hit a walk-off run-scoring single. It gave Little Caesars the 4-3 walk-off win.
"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Little Caesars manager Bill Russell.
