Loss to Screaming Eagles Extends San Antonio Losing Streak
The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles downed the San Antonio BC, 7-2, at Mercer Island Grounds. Francisco Agámez led the way, going 3-for-3 for Mercer Island. Mercer Island has an impressive 39-19 record.

Agámez came through with some timely hitting for Mercer Island. With the score 2-0 in the bottom of the third and two down, Agámez hit a first pitch fastball for a 2-run single. It was his 32nd hit of the season -- and a big reason the Screaming Eagles managed to win.

"It feels good to get this one," Agámez told the Mercer Island Citizen.
