Youth Get 4-3 Win Versus Salem

Phoenix Hotspur and Salem duked it out at Ricochets Ballpark and the Youth came out victorious.
The Phoenix Hotspur Youth relied on the hitting of shortstop Bernardo Rivera to stop the Salem Misfits, 4-3. For the game, Rivera was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Richard Osborn nailed down his 15th save.
Rivera had a key at-bat for Phoenix Hotspur early in the game. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and gave Phoenix Hotspur an early 2-0 lead.
"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Phoenix Hotspur manager Fabián Pineda.
