San Antonio got an elite performance from starting pitcher Greyson Torain in taking a 3-0 decision over the Chesapeake Continentals. Felipe Vega picked up the save, his 11th. San Antonio now sits in 5th place in the Premier AA at 18-17.
San Antonio grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and the bases empty, Noël Sassetti delivered a solo home run, to make it 1-0 in favor of the BC.
"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Sassetti told the San Antonio News.
