Hot N Readys Fall to Herrera, Lionhearts
|
A 4-RBI performance from the 23-year old catcher Miguel Herrera helped the Lannister United Lionhearts beat the Little Caesars Hot N Readys, 10-6. Lannister United reliever Pedro Tavárez picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Juan Soto absorbed the loss. The Hot N Readys, at 5-15, have stumbled out of the gate.
Lannister United grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the seventh, when Herrera, who is tied for 8th in the PAA in extra base hits with 8, hit a 2-run home run. His 4th home run put the Lionhearts out in front, 8-6.
"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Lannister United manager Ernesto Reyes.
