Victory Over Thunder Hawks Takes Glendale to 59-39
It was a good time at Heron Field, where fans came to watch the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks and Glendale Herons get after it.

Benefiting from the performance of Jin-song Seah, the Glendale Herons defeated the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 6-3. Seah went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Herons. The Herons saw their win-loss record go to 59-39. At the same time, the Thunder Hawks fall to 33-65.

In the bottom of the 7th, second baseman Yun-qi Chien gave Glendale the lead when he hit a 2-run home run. The Herons had been trailing 3-2, but the two-out home run off Ft. Polk South pitcher Louis McDowell changed that -- and Glendale went on to win.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Glendale manager Juan López.
