Lang Leads Thunder Hawks to Win over Ghosts
The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks topped the Casper Ghosts, 6-5, with Sigi Lang playing a big role. Lang went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Thunder Hawks in the win. George Ferguson got credit for the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 3.1 innings. The 10th-place Thunder Hawks improved to 14-32.

The game was at a stalemate until first baseman Chan-Wook Park came to bat in the top of the ninth. Facing Casper pitcher Tyler Lund, he hit a 3-1 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Ft. Polk South on top, 6-5.

"It feels good to get that win," said Park. "Now it's on to the next one."
