Seawolves, Sanders Pin Bad Loss on Thunder Hawks
Riding the 2-hit performance of the speedster Josh Sanders, the Long Island Seawolves stymied the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 11-1. Long Island is 9-26 and Ft. Polk South, with the loss, 11-24.

When the Seawolves needed a boost, it was the light-hitting Sanders who delivered. Facing Ft. Polk South pitcher Gil Reeves the bottom of the fifth with the bases loaded, Sanders hit his 1st home run of the year. It made the score 11-1.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Ft. Polk South manager Howard Martínez. "We got flat-out beat."
