Flyers Bump Off Fog, 5-2

The Pennsauken Flyers racked up a win at Pennsauken Park, bumping off the Sunset District Fog, 5-2. Cyrille Bertoletti, who started for Pennsauken, pitched effectively for his team. In 8.1 innings, Bertoletti surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 3. He allowed 2 runs. Dominic Parker got the save, the 2nd for him this season.
Also doing his part was shortstop Tynan Hawkins, who stroked a 2-run single in the bottom of the fourth for Pennsauken. For the game, Hawkins was 1-3, while adding 2 RBI.
"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Pennsauken skipper Juan Rodríguez.
The Flyers, at 54-45, sit in 4th place in the Silver AAA.
