The Tortolita Drummers defeated the Pennsauken Flyers, 6-2, at Pennsauken Park. Tortolita catcher Jim Burch was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Francisco López got the win, improving to 1-5.
