It was a good time at Pennsauken Park, where fans came to watch the Port Royal Disaster and Pennsauken Flyers get after it.
Pennsauken starter Seong-rae Park had a strong outing against the Port Royal Disaster at Pennsauken Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 8-3 win. Park, now 6-0, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 5, walking 7, and allowing 2 earned runs.
Also contributing to the win was center fielder Marc Beck, who stroked a 2-run double in the bottom of the second for Pennsauken. For the game, Beck went 1 for 2 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI.
"We've hit a rough patch right now," said Port Royal skipper Bobby Robinson.
