Drummers Best Halberds in Pitching Duel
The Tortolita Drummers got a magnificent performance from pitcher Eduardo Bravo, who muffled the Alloway offense en route to a tight 2-0 Drummers win at Drummers Ballpark. Francis Cahill, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 5th save. The Drummers improved to 31-28.

Tied up with the Halberds in the bottom of the fourth, the Drummers got a boost from designated hitter Marcos Roa. With the bases empty, Roa saw a 2-1 curveball from Orlando De Jesús and hit a solo home run to break the stalemate and put Tortolita on top, 1-0.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Bravo said.
