Flyers Solve Lake Monsters, 6-0
|
Seong-rae Park pitched a gem to lead Pennsauken to a 6-0 victory over the Vermont Lake Monsters. The second-place Flyers now have a 4-game winning streak.
Also having an impact was shortstop Pedro Corona, who stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth for Pennsauken. For the game, Corona went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk.
"I like seeing our guys get a return on what they've put in," said Pennsauken manager Juan Rodríguez.
