The Alloway Halberds got a superb performance from pitcher Gilberto Ramírez, but the Disaster still won the game, 7-6. Ramírez was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball. Port Royal is in 9th place in the Silver AAA with a record of 20-32.

Wrangler Haresnape provided some late-game heroics for Port Royal. In the bottom of the 11th inning, he hit a run-scoring single. It came on a 0-1 slider from António Muńóz and propelled Port Royal to a 7-6 lead.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Alloway manager Santiago Vargas.
