The Sunset District Fog picked up a win at Fog Park, knocking off the Tortolita Drummers, 3-2. Starting pitcher Roberto Silva played a key role in the triumph. Reynaldo Maestas closed the door for Sunset District, picking up his 3rd save of the year. Sunset District leads the Silver AAA by 4 games.
Also producing for Sunset District was catcher José Vargas, who stroked a run-scoring double in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Vargas was 1-4 with a double.
