Drummers Defeat Battlekings, 11-1

It was a good time at Drummers Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Naperville Battlekings and Tortolita Drummers get after it.
The Tortolita Drummers downed the Naperville Battlekings, 11-1, at Drummers Ballpark. The Drummers were led by Orlando Montoya, who captured player of the game honors. He went 4-4 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times. The Drummers bumped their record to 16-14 with this latest triumph.
In the bottom of the fourth, Tortolita right fielder Gregg Wagner had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Wagner stroked a bases-clearing double to right. It made the score 9-1, Tortolita. For the game, he went 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 3 runs.
