Mermen Win, Ohayashi goes 3-for-5

The Bethesda Atoms and Myrtle Beach Mermen brought some excitement to Atoms Field.
Myrtle Beach beat Bethesda at Atoms Field, escaping with a 10-3 win. The win in large part was due to left fielder Shigenobu Ohayashi, who earned player of the game honors. He went 3 for 5 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. After today's action, Myrtle Beach sits at 46-38, while Bethesda falls to 37-47.
Fernando Martínez contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the first. With the bases loaded, he got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run. It was one at-bat that propelled Myrtle Beach to the win.
