Scacceri Impressive in Richland Win
In a low-scoring contest between the Richland Rails and the Yakima Hops, pitcher Poto Scacceri was at the top of his game. The Richland right-hander was named the player of the game in Richland's 1-0 win. With the win over Yakima, the Rails improved to 28-26.

Scacceri, who has sometimes raised the ire of coaches and teammates with his famously lackadaisical work ethic, turned in a spirited performance. The hurler struck out 6 in 7 innings and gave up no earned runs. Scacceri, who is tied for 10th in the SAA in holds with 4, raised his record to 1-3 on the year with 31 strikeouts.
