Hollingsworth Delivers Walk-Off Win for Farmers
The Farmers had to overcome a fine effort from Westwood pitcher Roosevelt Guimond to grab a 3-2 win at Farmers Field. Guimond went 6 innings and allowed no earned runs. Lancaster reliever Terence Pasamonte picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Christian Clayton took the loss. The Farmers now own a record of 7-18.

The game was at a stalemate until second baseman James Hollingsworth came to bat in the bottom of the 12th. Facing Westwood pitcher Christian Clayton, he hit a 1-1 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Lancaster on top, 3-2.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Westwood manager Ken Miller. "But we decided not to take it."
