Dunkin Donuts Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Wizarding Express and the Boston Patriots.
The Wizarding Express defeated the Boston Patriots, 5-2, in Premier League action at Dunkin Donuts Park. Chi-ju Zhang received player of the game honors. The 10-year veteran went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. Charles Dobson earned the win to go to 5-1. He allowed 2 earned runs on 8 hits, with 4 walks and 2 strikeouts.
Nathan Tanner helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring double to give Wizarding a 1-0 lead.
"Our guys are never satisfied," said Wizarding manager Dan Cahill.
The Express saw their win-loss record go to 21-11. At the same time, the Patriots fall to 20-12.
