Longnecks Take 10-2 Pounding
|
Benefiting from Randy Tucker's productive game, the Brinkley Belugas downed the Bloomington Longnecks, 10-2. Tucker was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4 for the Belugas. Alejandro Araya was the winning pitcher. Over 5 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with 5 walks and 3 strikeouts. The 5th-place Belugas are now 21-17, the Longnecks 24-14.
