Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Red Knights
The Capital District Red Knights topped the Portland Evergreens, 5-2, in Third League action at Capital Grounds. The player of the game was Capital District pitcher Raúl Luna. Capital District, now 10-6, has played well in the early going.

Barry Dempsey was the walk-off hero for Capital District. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Capital District pinch hitter hit a dramatic 3-run home run to send the teams home.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Dempsey said.
