Early Season End for Ávila Tuesday, May 11th, 2027 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Salem Misfits: shortstop Ramón Ávila is out for the year. Ávila suffered a broken bone in the elbow on 05/10/2027. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. Thus far this year Ávila is hitting .281 with no home runs, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored. |
