Star of the Week Picked in PAA Monday, September 13th, 2027 22-year-old Jud Regan made a few Yakima headlines during this past week as the rookie center fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 3 hits in 4 at-bats to put up a .750 average. Regan collected no home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 2 runs. In 49 games this season Regan is batting .263 with 45 hits and 7 home runs. He has scored 26 runs and driven in 22. |
