Russell USPL Double A's Hottest Hitter Monday, August 30th, 2027 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Mike Russell was rewarded with the USPL Double A Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Mercer Island Screaming Eagles right fielder hit .500 while collecting 8 hits in 16 at-bats, 1 home run and 2 RBIs. So far this year Russell has hit .283 with 3 home runs, 19 RBIs and 23 runs scored. |
