M3L Triple A Pitcher of the Year Named Monday, October 4th, 2027 The Salt Lake City Buzz have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Jesús Acosta, this year's M3L Triple A Outstanding Pitcher Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Acosta compiled a 11-4 record in 19 starts, tallied 97 strikeouts in 132.2 innings and recorded a 2.65 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .229 batting average against him. Brian Morris of the Salt Lake City Buzz finished second in voting, while Roberto Calderón of the Bloomington Longnecks finished third. |
