Díaz Week's #1 Player Monday, September 20th, 2027 So far in his young career, Gabriel Díaz has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Third League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Portland Evergreens shortstop hit at a torrid .474 clip as he collected 9 hits in 19 at-bats, no home runs, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored.
