Season Over for Cavell Saturday, September 18th, 2027 Casey Cavell has to call it a season. The Houston 1837 BBC left fielder learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 09/17/2027 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a broken bone in the elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 6-7 months. The team will likely place Cavell on the disabled list today. Thus far this season Cavell has hit .254 with 12 home runs, 42 RBIs and scored 31 times. |
