Kurasawa Fans 10 as South Beach Thumps Niagara Falls, 4-0
|
South Beach rode a good effort from starter Hiro Kurasawa to beat the Niagara Falls Expos at The Ballpark on the Beach. The final score was 4-0. The second-place Expos have lost 7 consecutive games.
Kurasawa made it look effortless. He scattered 4 hits over 7 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The South Beach right-hander encountered little resistance from the Niagara Falls hitters. His season record is now 5-3.
