It was a good time at Ramblers Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Syracuse Storm and Chicago Tula get after it.
Chicago turned a good effort from starter Santiago Ramírez into a win over the Syracuse Storm at Ramblers Ballpark. The final score was 4-1. Earning his 10th save of the year was Anthony Ledesma.
Chicago grabbed control in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Micheal Lovell delivered a 2-run single, to make it 3-1 in favor of the Tula.
"Everyone's kind of edgy right now," said losing manager Chad Hess. "It's nothing a couple of wins wouldn't cure."
Syracuse has now lost 7 straight.
