Murdock Sensational for Jets
The Kennesaw Jets did just enough to secure a 8-1 victory over the Grand Forks Caterpillars at Jets Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Roger Murdock, who captured player of the game honors. After today's action, Kennesaw sits at 12-10, while Grand Forks falls to 10-12.

Murdock ran roughshod through the Grand Forks lineup. The right-hander allowed just 4 hits over 8.1 innings, while striking out 9. With the victory, he goes to 3-2 on the season.

"We swung the bats pretty good throughout the lineup," said Kennesaw skipper António Sáenz.
