3-2 Win by Storm Continues Hot Start
|
The Syracuse Storm got a stellar effort from pitcher António Muñóz, helped Syracuse score a 3-2 win over the visiting Put-In-Bay BC. The Syracuse Storm, now 8-2, have stormed out of the gates.
The Storm got a big at-bat from Phil MacNamara. For the game, MacNamara went 1 for 3 with a walk. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 5th hit of the season gave Syracuse a 3-2 lead.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Muñóz.
