Guzzlers Pull Back to .500 with Win over Bulls

"Getting ahead of the hitters is the key," said Otero.
Jorge Otero pitched a gem to lead Galesburg to a 8-1 victory over the Belleville Bulls. Otero picked up the win for Galesburg, going 8 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2.
Lloyd Regis had a chance to do some damage in the bottom of the ninth. With Belleville trailing 8-0, Belleville had runners on 1st and 3rd. Regis hit a run-scoring single. But it was not enough for Belleville to finish the comeback.
Their 12-12 record puts the Guzzlers 8th in the Menard's A.
