Salem Misfits starter Fred Gunther was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Lancaster Farmers, 10-3. The Misfits now have a record of 13-16 with the win over Lancaster.

Ryan Fiore dealt the Farmers a blow in the bottom of the fourth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Salem trailing 2-0, Fiore hit a 1-1 fastball for a run-scoring single.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Gunther.
