Gregg Young added some punch to the Buckhead offense, helping them outmuscle the Las Vegas Flamingos, 10-8. In the game, Young was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Buckhead reliever Ricardo DePay picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. David Collingwood was saddled with the loss. Orlando Miranda locked down his 1st save.
Mysterious Walker contributed a productive at-bat in the top of the seventh. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a 2-run single. It was one at-bat that propelled Buckhead to the win.
"This game had a little bit of everything," said Young.
The 6th-place Bowties improved to 22-26.
