Fighting Dachsunds Roll Flyers, 5-2

The Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds knocked off the Pennsauken Flyers, 5-2, at Pennsauken Park. Dylan Carson, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Ellenburg won. The center fielder went 2 for 2 with a double and 2 walks. Ellenburg reliever Chance Wiley was credited with the win, to go to 2-2. Seong-rae Park took the loss for Pennsauken. The Fighting Dachsunds sit in 7th place in the Silver AAA with a record of 49-51.
One important at-bat came with the bases loaded in the top of the fifth. That's when Victor Haley reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run. The Fighting Dachsunds went on to win.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Carson told the Ellenburg News.
