Tritons Rally For Late Win Over Lynx

Jersey City Tritons starter Francisco Chávez was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Calgary Lynx, 5-1. Jersey City reliever Tom Bowen picked up the win, upping his record to 8-2. Morlack Spurgeon shouldered the loss. The Tritons, now 50-44, have won 4 in a row.
Jersey City took control in the top of the eighth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Mike Greene hit a 2-run single to make it 3-1, Tritons.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Greene.
