Cisco Cazares never let the Calgary Lynx find their groove. Throughout the game, Cazares, who was drafted in the two round of the 2026 draft, relied on his bread and butter, his fastball, in pitching the Disaster to a win. With the win, Port Royal has a record of 30-53. Calgary falls to 50-33.
Early in the game, designated hitter Winston Sparks had a 2-run home run for Port Royal. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Disaster on top, 2-0.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Cazares.
