The Calgary Lynx got a stellar performance from pitcher Roberto De La Cruz, who handcuffed the Ellenburg offense en route to a 3-2 win at Lynx Stadium. Calgary now has a 3-game win streak.
Calgary took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and the bases empty, José León stroked a solo home run to make it 3-2, Lynx.
"I like what I saw today," said Calgary manager Miguel Ocampo, "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."
