Hotspur Reserves Stymie Tortolita, Take 3-1 Win
|
In a low-scoring tilt between the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves and the Tortolita Drummers, pitcher Martín Martínez was the difference-maker. The Phoenix right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 3-1 win. Jim Unknown was credited with the save for Phoenix, his 1st of the season. The 6th-place Hotspur Reserves are now 37-38, the Drummers 37-38.
