Tritons Drop Another One
|
Alloway rode a good effort from starter Bob Browning to beat the Jersey City Tritons at Ballpark of Alloway. The final score was 6-2. Browning went 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 5, and struck out 5. His record improves to 3-1. The 6th-place Tritons have dropped 5 straight games.
Also making an impact was right fielder Chi-hyeong Ho, who drilled a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third for Alloway. For the game, Ho went 1 for 4.
"We need to keep playing good baseball," Browning told the Alloway Daily News.
