Patriots Turn Back Thunder Bay, 6-4

The Boston Patriots did just enough to sneak past the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 6-4, at Dunkin Donuts Park. Boston pitcher Tom Reynolds earned player of the game honors. Jeff Territt recorded his 3rd save for Boston. The Patriots bumped their record to 34-21 with this latest triumph.
In the bottom of the fourth, Boston designated hitter Ramón Félix had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Félix stroked a run-scoring single to right. It made the score 5-3, Boston. For the game, he was 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"I'm a bit of a clubhouse prankster," said Reynolds. "But it's all business when we're on the field."
