The Calgary Lynx grabbed a 7-3 win over the Tortolita Drummers at Drummers Ballpark. Calgary third baseman Hugh Mungus belted 2 home runs to earn player of the game honors. Morlack Spurgeon got the win, improving to 2-1. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 8 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 3 and walking 1. Tate Beason locked down his 6th save.

Also contributing to the win was first baseman Tony Farquharson, who stroked a 2-run single in the top of the fifth for Calgary. For the game, Farquharson went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs.
