Rapiers Get One-Run Win at Billings
|
Ordono Lima pitched a good game, but his team, the Billings Polar Bears, still dropped a 3-2 decision to the Durham Rapiers at The Igloo. Dave Seals finished to wrap up his 9th save. The win puts the Rapiers at 20-16, while the Polar Bears drop to 15-21.
António Díaz aided the Durham cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the second. For the game, the shortstop went 1-3 with a hit by pitch.
"It was a solid team effort," said Díaz after the game.
