Polar Bears Lose to Fur Traders in Walk Off
|
César González pitched a gem to lead Tacoma to a 2-1 victory over the Billings Polar Bears. Tacoma reliever Curt Walker picked up the win to move to 1-0. Santiago Carrión suffered the loss. With the loss, Billings falls to 4-5.
Iván Rodríguez had the critical at-bat for Tacoma. With two out in the bottom of the 11th inning, he hit a walk-off run-scoring single. It gave Tacoma the 2-1 walk-off win.
