Gallagher Goes 5-for-7

The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes upended the Tremont Doubledays at Doubledays Stadium today in large part to center fielder Edmund Gallagher, who had a smashing day with the bat -- he racked up 5 hits in 7 at-bats -- and help propel the Golden Cranes to a 20-8 victory. Edmund Gallagher singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
Thus far this year Gallagher is hitting .308 with 1 home run, 22 RBIs and 14 runs scored.
