Ybarra Powers Dodos to 9-4 Win
|
Hialeah right fielder Vincente Ybarra played a vital role in his team's 9-4 triumph over Brinkley. He went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 4 times for Hialeah. Hialeah is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 8th in 20 games.
The Dodos got a big at-bat from Robert Emmet Odlum. For the game, Odlum went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 19th hit of the season gave Hialeah a 2-0 lead.
