The Salt Lake City Buzz opened their 2027 season with a triumph over the Brinkley Belugas at Spirits Stadium. The final score was 20-2. Salt Lake City shortstop Justin MacPherson had a big game. He was 4 for 5 with 3 doubles and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 3.
