Season Over for Connely Saturday, July 25th, 2026 Clearly dejected, Preston Connely left the Ottawa clubhouse nearly in tears this afternoon. He acknowledged that his season is over, after sustaining shoulder inflammation in a ballgame recently. It brings an early end to the Ottawa starting pitcher's season. On the season Connely has compiled a 3-6 mark with a 3.43 ERA in 12 starts. In pitching 76 innings he has 47 strikeouts and 28 walks while limiting the opposition to a .246 batting average. |
