Eisenhauer Pitches Nationals to Shutout Win
Thursday, August 6th, 2026
"My pitching coach told me before the game just to bear down and focus. He said no one was going to hit me if I'm throwing a good breaking ball with good location."
And that's what George Eisenhauer did as he led the Nationals to a 8-0 shutout victory over the Sixshooters.
"I thought he put the ball where he wanted to," the Westwood manager said. "And that's just about the whole secret to pitching."
Eisenhauer yielded 6 hits and had 5 strikeouts and 2 walks in a standout performance.
